Apply skill and knowledge to the safe and efficient operation of the PSR Line to produce a 1^st quality product that meets specifications.

1.  Set up line control system utilizing setup sheet.  Make start up adjustments as needed
2. Make adjustments to the PSR Line  while in operation to produce first quality material at peak efficiency
3. Continuous operation of PSR Line by constantly monitoring and observing the machine, data, output, and lab results
4. Properly record all pertinent data in the computer system or manually
5. Ensure all master rolls are properly identified and placed in the proper location
6. Work safe and follow are safety procedures
7. Wear all PPE that is required in this area
8. Assist in the training and development of workers on PSR

1. Positive communication skills
2. Average math (+,-,*,/,%) and reading skills
3. Able to understand and use the metric system
4. Excellent computer skills including the use of Windows/ Lotus based programs
5. High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
6. Thorough knowledge of making binder and fiber blends
7. Ability to be on your feet the entire shift
8. Ability to twist, bend and reach repeatedly
9. Above average hand/eye coordination
